Valencia Manufacturing Company is seeking an experienced Receptionist to answer phones and support various departments.

Hours are 6am-4:30pm Monday through Thursday

This is a full-time temp-hire position

$16.00/hour DOE

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Answer and route incoming calls

· Greet visitors

· Open and distribute mail

· Order and maintain office supplies

· Send, receive, and distribute faxes

· Prepare, support, mail, and scan documents

· Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel

· Must be detail orientated and have the ability to multitask
