  • Production Support: Assist in coordinating and monitoring daily production activities, including scheduling, machine set-up, material handling, resource allocation, equipment maintenance, and quality control, to ensure efficient operation of the injection molding process.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Collaborate with the Scheduling Department to create production schedules, prioritize orders, and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets and customer deadlines.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels for raw materials, components, and finished goods, and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock availability.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality control personnel to implement and maintain quality standards, perform in-process inspections, and address any quality issues that arise during production.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment, including routine inspections, cleaning, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Safety and Compliance: Promote a culture of safety by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures, participating in training programs, and proactively identifying and addressing potential safety hazards.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, work orders, and quality documentation, and provide regular reports to the Director of Operations on production metrics and KPIs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost savings, and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in manufacturing or related field required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in production planning, operations support, or manufacturing coordination is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in injection molding manufacturing or similar production environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with injection molding processes and equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to meet production demands.
  • Bilingual preferred.
