A Tax Office in Valencia, CA is looking for Front Office Admins to assist during tax season!

Pay: $18/hr DOE

Thursdays and Fridays ONLY + Occasional Wednesdays

1st Shift: 8am – 4pm

2nd Shift: 4pm – 12 am (Possible Overtime!)

*Job Duties*

  • Welcome clients and visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Support partners and staff in a variety of ways such as but not limited to filing, photocopying, scanning, reviewing, transcribing, and faxing
  • Assemble tax returns & source documents
  • Maintain calendars, set up/edit tax appointments
  • Maintain client receivables and collections
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word a plus
  • Exercise professional judgment and maintaining courteous service
  • Ensure complete client satisfaction through open communication, managing and meeting deadlines
  • Must be a quick learner and independent worker
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Must have good work ethic, excellent communication, and organizational skills

Education Level: High School Graduate or equivalent
