Customer Service and Sales Rep

A leading, global, beauty industry Sales Organization, is seeking an International Sales Support Specialist responsible for internal sales support and external customer service functions.

M-F, 7am-3:30pm, temp to hire opportunity.

$18.00/hour DOE

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Support of customers and sales team.

· Accurate processing of sales orders in a timely and efficient manner. Review and monitor customer ordering activity for improvements in overall sales and customer service.

· Assist sales team and customers with credits, order processing, tracking and follow up as needed.

· Drive and grow sales through facilitation and administration of the sales process and system.

· Maintain customer profiles and ensure customer service standards are maintained.

· Assistance in completion of special projects or other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Excellent communication skills and detail oriented.

· Order and/or Data Entry Experience

· Bilingual Spanish & English

· Proficiency with Excel (advanced functions) and other Microsoft suite programs required.
