Company in the Santa Clarita Valley is looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist with administrative duties in a fast pace corporate office environment.
- Will answer high volume of incoming calls and direct them accordingly
- Must have good communication skills both internally and externally
- Ability to write professional emails to clients and vendors
- Must be familiar with word and excel – working on spreadsheets and creating documents
- Must be able to multi task in a busy office environment and juggle many tasks
- Must be detail orientated and organized
This is a full-time position 8:00-5:00pm M-F $16.00-$18.00 per hour DOE.
