Companies in Valencia are looking for an Administrative Assistant to help with administrative office duties.

Hours: M-F 8am-5:00pm

Pay: $18.00-$22.00/hour DOE

Administrative Assistant

  • Filing documents
  • Data entry
  • Answer phones
  • Oversee correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Spreadsheet reporting
  • Additional duties as needed

Accounting Administration

  • Basic knowledge of Quickbooks
  • AP/AR
  • Invoicing
  • These skills are a plus!

Required Skills

  • Must be computer savvy – knowledge of MS 365 – Word, Excel, Outlook, & can navigate through portals
  • Must be able to compose an email free of grammatical errors & one that makes sense, communicate needs in a professional manner, and ability to maintain a system to follow up and follow through to completion
  • Must be a team player, willing to take on different roles & assignments, willing to jump in wherever needed
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, & prioritize
