Companies in Valencia are looking for an Administrative Assistant to help with administrative office duties.
Hours: M-F 8am-5:00pm
Pay: $18.00-$22.00/hour DOE
- Filing documents
- Data entry
- Answer phones
- Oversee correspondence
- Maintain office supplies
- Spreadsheet reporting
- Additional duties as needed
- Basic knowledge of Quickbooks
- These skills are a plus!
- Must be computer savvy – knowledge of MS 365 – Word, Excel, Outlook, & can navigate through portals
- Must be able to compose an email free of grammatical errors & one that makes sense, communicate needs in a professional manner, and ability to maintain a system to follow up and follow through to completion
- Must be a team player, willing to take on different roles & assignments, willing to jump in wherever needed
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, & prioritize
